Cancellation Policy:

We hate having to charge patients/clients for last-minute cancellations (as we know life can get crazy), but in order to continue our mission of helping as many people as possible improve the quality & longevity of their life and live an active lifestyle, it is necessary. OrthoSport HQ requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for any physical therapy, clinical
personal training, or recovery session. Any session canceled less than 24 hours will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee (half the cost of our therapy rate).
This policy applies to shared sessions as well. We do realize that illness and other life things happen, so each
client/patient will have the ability to cancel the same day once, before being charged the cancellation fee. When patients/clients cancel or no show within 24 hours of the appointment time, it’s
very challenging to fill that hour, which results in a lost hour that could have been filled with a patient waiting and willing to come in, given enough notice.
